The lounge in the Brewery Cellar is designed to provide an extra enjoyable beer-tasting experience. Alongside the 'brewmaster,' handcrafted beer, and selected cheeses, you can look forward to a genuine tasting sensation!

What started as a passion project for two beer-loving brothers blossomed into something truly special. In 2015-16, they embarked on the journey of building their own microbrewery adjacent to the hotel, with the vision of creating locally crafted beer to complement our regional culinary offerings. Obtaining a production license in 2016 marked the beginning of a new chapter, as the first batches of beer graced our bar and restaurant, delighting guests with every sip.

In 2019, new horizons beckoned - plans were set in motion to relocate the brewery within the hotel premises. This strategic move aimed to streamline operations and pave the way for immersive beer-tasting experiences. On September 15, 2020, Bryggkjelleren was unveiled. Today, our menu boasts four distinct beer varieties, each crafted with passion and precision, alongside an exceptional beer tasting concept that continues to impress our guests.
