Looking for a place in Bergen which is optimal for fishing? What about taking your friends on a kayak tour or RIB safari? We offer a variety of ocean activities such as fishing, boat rentals, kayak rentals, RIB tours, coasteering and diving.

Panorama is just far enough from Bergen to get a peaceful and quiet atmosphere without driving miles away from the city center.

With an electric bike, you might choose a route you wouldn't have considered with a regular bike, and you'll have plenty of energy to explore different places. Highly recommended!

This is the island you see from your hotel room, a small, charming island at the outermost edge of the sea. In this direction, you will experience the best of Western Norwegian nature with cozy boathouses and coves, and in several places, you will have a direct view of the open sea.

Free electric ferry from Klokkarvik to Hjellestad

Description of the tour: Great half-day or full-day trip. The leg from the hotel to Klokkarvik pier is about 8 km and takes about 45-60 minutes depending on pace. The route goes through rural surroundings with beautiful sea views all the way.

The ferry ride itself is also a great experience. The ferry is a brand new and quiet electric ferry that stops at the idyllic islands Lerøy and Bjelkarøy. The crossing takes about 35 minutes.

Electric Bike Rental

SUP is a great full-body workout and a nice way to clear your mind. Perfect for exercise, play, and recreation.

SUP, or Stand Up Paddling, is a relatively new but rapidly growing sport in Norway. With your own board and paddle, you balance standing on the board while paddling out into the open sea on Sotra. SUP is a great full-body workout and a nice way to clear your mind. Perfect for exercise, play, and recreation.

Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP)

In our coastal waters, sea kayaking is the way to go. They are stable and easy to paddle, but we still recommend listening to advice on windier days. With a beach, it's easy to get on and off the kayak.

Daily rental of a single sea kayak: NOK 500 
Daily rental of a double sea kayak: NOK 600 
Included in the rental: Wetsuit, jacket, life jacket, and spray skirt.

We have 6 single and 1 double kayak available for rent. All individuals renting kayaks do so at their own risk. A self-declaration must be signed before rental. The age limit is 13 years accompanied by an adult/experienced person.

Once you're here, we highly recommend indulging in the joys of the coast. Have great fishing experiences at sea near Marstein Lighthouse or enjoy pleasant trips to coves and villages. How about coffee and ice cream on the pier at Glesvær Café?

We rent out 7 boats of the Øien type. The boats are equipped with motors and are easy to use. They are docked at the hotel. Before rental, you will receive an introduction to the operation of the boat. The tenant must present a boat driver's license and sign a self-declaration upon rental. (If you were born before 1980, you do not need a boat driver's license).

Recharge your energy with an unforgettable mountain hike around Panorama Hotel! Our vicinity offers spectacular trails and impressive viewpoints. Mountain hikes are not only a great way to experience nature, but they also provide a range of health benefits. Recommended apps that serve as excellent hiking guides include: Topptur, Fjelltoppjakten, and Topps.

The highest peak in Øygarden municipality is called Veten, standing at 285 meters above sea level. The hike can begin from Stranda Swimming Hall, and along the way, there are well-maintained boardwalks, a nature trail for children, and small signs with information.

If you are a group, you can park a car at Førde and walk together from Stranda School to Veten and down to Førde. Alternatively, you can hike round trip. There is a large sign near Stranda Swimming Hall with information about hikes in Sund. Follow the path past the sign to Storevarden.

If you are in a group, you can park a car at Førde and walk together from Stranda School to Veten and down to Førde. Alternatively, you can hike round trip starting from where you parked your car. It is most popular to hike from Førde and up.

A trip to Kleppaksla is a manageable and wonderful hike for the whole family. You will experience breathtaking landscapes and views of Korsfjorden. Kleppaksla is located at 202 meters above sea level and holds memories from World War II.

Panorama Challenge is a creative and enjoyable activity where you receive a continuous stream of varied tasks. The tasks can range from photo assignments and quizzes to things you need to find or do. You compete against each other in teams in this activity, which can be described as a creative scavenger hunt, and the activity also includes a code hunt that propels the activity forward.

There are more tasks in the game than you can solve, so it's about developing an optimal strategy, prioritizing well, and collaborating in the best possible way. We promise high engagement, lots of fun, and unforgettable photos and videos as a result!


In addition to the general tasks, we enhance the experience with locally tailored assignments both indoors and outdoors. This could involve finding places or objects, quizzes about coastal culture, or a creative photo or video task based on something local. The activity can be adjusted based on the weather on the day it is held, ensuring an optimal experience for the participants.

It's also possible to include your own tasks in the activity. We have extensive experience in customizing our activities, and we also have an inspiration guide that you can use to design tasks that hit the mark perfectly.

Panorama Challenge is a creative and cool team-building activity that promotes collaboration and strengthens team spirit. Unlike many other activities, this activity does not require any physical demands from the participants, so everyone can contribute - and shine! The activity has a wide appeal with its varied range of tasks, and perhaps you will learn something new about the hotel, the area, or the coastal culture of the West Coast?
