Upon purchasing a gift card, you (or the gift recipient) will receive a confirmation email with a unique code. If you haven't received confirmation, please contact us. Your purchase likely did not go through.

The gift card can be used for online purchases or at the hotel. For online purchases, the gift card's value must not be less than what you intend to buy.

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The gift card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used.

The gift card is a value voucher and must be presented upon arrival if you haven't made an online purchase.
